With patience and passion she skillfully angled her ceramic sculpting tool while interacting with customers and sharing her story, along with some other interesting facts about this edible piece of art! A major in cheese and a minor in ice cream…there’s a college education I could get excited about! Dairy Food Short Courses are serious business at The University of Wisconsin. The school started the first dairy school in the United States in 1890 and serves as the leader in dairy manufacturing programs for the dairy industry.
According to Sarah, people come from all over the world to attend The University of Wisconsin. They choose to major in a particular type of cheese and focus on learning the science and chemistry behind their choice of fromage.
